The AVI-MLM-001 Fire Assay Module is a complete laboratory-scale precious metals assay system designed for high-throughput fusion and cupellation operations. The module combines a 25-place fire assay fusion furnace and a 25-place cupellation furnace, allowing laboratories to process up to 25 samples per batch with consistent temperature control, repeatable results, and improved operator safety.

The system includes heavy-duty refractory loading trays for both crucibles and cupels, enabling rapid batch loading and unloading while minimizing handling of hot materials. The fusion furnace operates up to 1150°C with precision PID temperature control and silicon carbide heating elements for efficient melting of fire assay charges. The dedicated cupellation furnace operates between 900°C and 980°C with controlled air flow to support complete lead oxidation and precious metal bead recovery.

To ensure compliance with modern laboratory safety and environmental standards, the module incorporates a compact HEPA-filtered dust collector and a stainless-steel hood connected to a packed-bed wet gas scrubber. The gas treatment system is designed to capture particulate matter, lead fumes, sulfur dioxide (SO₂), and other acid gases generated during the assay process, providing a safer working environment and reducing atmospheric emissions.
