Project Executive Summary
Avimetal’s REE and PMG Refining Project – Peru is a mineral processing project with PRG Group to recover rare earth elements, scandium, zirconium, gold, and silver from alluvial river sediments in Peru. The first phase targets PRG Concessions 1 and 2 with a 1,000-ton-per-day processing plant.
The project uses Avimetal technologies including mobile dredging, electrostatic dry separation, cyclone electrowinning, graphene-enhanced filtration, and closed-loop water recycling.
Its goals are to produce clean critical minerals, strengthen rare-earth supply chains, create local employment, and scale into additional PRG concessions in later phases.
