Electrorefining and Electrowinning Module
This integrated module is designed for high-purity metal recovery through a combined electrorefining and electrowinning process. Cast anode metal tubes are first processed in the electrorefining section, where base metals are dissolved and separated while valuable metal slimes are collected for further treatment.
The recovered slime is then transferred to the electrowinning circuit for selective metal recovery and purification. Through controlled electrowinning, the system can refine metals to high purity levels ranging from 3N to 5N (99.9% to 99.999%), depending on the metal type and process conditions.
Built in a modular frame, the system integrates refining cells, solution handling, filtration, and recovery units into one compact layout. It is suitable for precious metals, specialty metals, and other high-value materials requiring selective purification and high product quality.
