Reactor Vessel Module
This reactor vessel module is designed for compact, high-capacity processing in modular plants. Each vessel has an approximate diameter of 2,100 mm and height of 5,000 mm, providing substantial internal volume for chemical reaction, mixing, heating, or leaching duties. The vessel features a robust vertical design with multiple process nozzles, sealed top access, and an external coil arrangement for efficient temperature control.
Two reactor units are configured within a double-stacked 40 ft container frame, creating a space-efficient modular system that is easy to transport, install, and integrate into larger process plants. The stacked arrangement maximizes capacity while minimizing site footprint and civil work requirements.
