Avimetal’s Autoclave Module is a compact, high-capacity reactor vessel system designed for modular mineral processing plants. It includes two vertical reactor vessels housed in a double-stacked 20-foot container frame, with each vessel measuring 2,100 mm in diameter and 5,000 mm in height. The module is built for hydrometallurgical processing, leaching circuits, chemical treatment, mixing, heating, and controlled reactor applications. Its external coil heating and cooling system provides precise temperature control while preserving internal vessel capacity, enabling rapid installation, reduced foundation cost, and scalable integration into remote or modular processing plants.

Reactor manufactured by Avimetal's certified OEM partner. Wetted construction: N6 pure nickel cylinder + lower head on Q345R structural steel, S31603 upper head, three-layer axial-flow propeller agitator on magnetic drive with no shaft seal to eliminate leakage risk. Standard nozzles include feed inlet, upper & bottom discharge, steam inlet, coil in/out, jacket in/out, safety-valve port, rupture-disc, manhole, view port, pressure & temperature taps, blowdown, and sample port. Hydraulic test 4 hours at working pressure with chloride content below 25 mg/L.
