Avimetal’s High Temp Fusion Furnace Module is a compact, transportable smelting system built from standardized container-based modules for rapid installation and scalable operation. The system includes five 5,900 mm modules for the control room, storage, dual tilting furnaces, furnace hood, and cooling tower, plus one 11,800 mm double-stacked environmental control module for dust collection, cyclone separation, and gas scrubbing. It is designed to provide plug-and-play smelting capability, improved operator safety, integrated fume control, reduced civil construction, and easy expansion for modern furnace operations.

Total connected electrical load ≈ 735 kW, including 700 kW rectifier and approximately 35 kW auxiliaries. Recommended site supply: 480 V or 600 V 3-phase, 1,000 A service with isolation transformer. Cooling-water inlet: clean demineralised water, below 30 °C, below 50 µS/cm conductivity. Refractory linings are selectable for non-ferrous duty using silica / alumina or precious-metal duty using high-alumina / graphite.
