Avimetal’s Environment Control Module is a skid-mounted air pollution control system designed to capture dust, fumes, and fine particles from mineral processing and industrial operations. It integrates air handling, cyclone separation, filtration, and collection equipment into one compact module for use with crushing, grinding, drying, and separation lines. The system is designed for rapid installation, cleaner plant operation, improved worker safety, environmental compliance, and reduced construction and commissioning costs.

Flow direction: Process gas inlet → Heat Exchanger → Double Cyclone → Mc-140 Baghouse → Wet Scrubber → Fan → Stack. PTFE filter bags Ø133 × 2,000 mm are cleaned by pulse-jet on a programmable cycle, with compressed-air supply requirement of 0.5–0.6 MPa.
