The first 40 ft module contains the main kiln furnace section with refractory lining for high thermal efficiency and stable high-temperature operation. The second 40 ft module houses the burner, control system, and air handling equipment, providing precise process control and reliable combustion performance using natural gas or LPG.
The system also includes an integrated wet gas scrubbing unit, induced draft fan, recirculation tank, and stack to clean exhaust gas, reduce emissions, and improve environmental compliance. This makes the plant suitable for applications requiring controlled heating, calcination, roasting, drying, or thermal treatment of mineral and industrial materials.
