Avimetal’s Rotary Kiln Module is a containerized continuous thermal processing system designed for mineral roasting, drying, calcining, and heat treatment at temperatures up to 1,000°C. The system uses two 40-foot container-frame modules to create an extended kiln configuration with integrated feeding, rotary heating, discharge handling, and gas scrubbing. It is designed for compact transport, rapid installation, controlled emissions, and integration into Avimetal’s modular mineral processing plant.

Two-container deployment: drum, drive, cooler & off-gas system in container #1; feed system, burner skid, and control room in container #2. Kiln drum mounted on two riding rings with thrust rollers and field-installable in 5–7 days. Refractory selectable for sulfide roasting acid-resistant duty or REE/calcining alkali-resistant duty. Auxiliary inching motor protects refractory lining during power interruptions. Total connected electrical load approximately 55 kW; thermal energy approximately 800 kW supplied by burner.
