Avimetal’s Dry Concentration Module is a containerized mineral separation system designed to recover valuable minerals without water. It uses dry screening, electrostatic separation, air classification, and dust-control systems to separate conductive and non-conductive minerals from crushed or pulverized ore. The module is suitable for gold, heavy minerals, rare earths, and polymetallic materials, especially in remote or desert mining areas where water is limited. It is designed for compact installation, lower operating cost, reduced environmental impact, and integration into Avimetal’s modular mineral processing plant system.

* Rotary Kiln electrical power covers drive and fans. Thermal energy is supplied by a separate burner using natural gas, propane, or diesel. Typical thermal load is 50–100 kW for 1–2 TPH duty at ≤ 8% feed moisture. Burner is sized according to fuel availability at the project site.
