40 ft Containerized Electrostatic Separation Plant

The 40 ft containerized electrostatic separation plant is a compact, integrated system designed for dry mineral processing and fine particle separation. Built inside a standard 40-foot container frame, the plant combines feeding, drying, dust control, and electrostatic separation into one modular unit for fast deployment and efficient operation.

Material is fed through the hopper and belt conveyor into the drying section, where moisture is reduced before entering the electrostatic separator. The separator then efficiently separates conductive and non-conductive particles, making the system suitable for recovery of valuable minerals, heavy mineral sands, metal-bearing fines, and other dry feed materials. A cyclone and impulse dust collector maintain a clean operating environment and improve material handling efficiency.

Its modular plug-and-play design allows quick installation with minimal civil work, reducing setup time and project cost. The system is especially suitable for remote sites, pilot plants, and scalable processing operations.
