Avimetal’s Crush Line Module (Dry) is a containerized dry crushing and material-preparation system designed for remote or fast-deployment mining operations. The module integrates feeding, jaw/hammer crushing, fine hammer crushing, conveyors, hopper flow control, vibratory screening, dual cyclone dust removal, baghouse filtration, and discharge handling into a self-contained 40-foot container setup. It is designed for plug-and-play installation, reduced infrastructure needs, dust-controlled operation, and scalable throughput from small production ranges up to future expansion of 100 TPH.
