Containerized Crushing Module (10 TPH)
The Avimetal container-framed crushing module is a compact, fully integrated system designed to process up to 10 tons per hour of ore into a final product size of approximately 1/2 inch. The system combines a jaw crusher, hammer crusher, and roll crusher to achieve efficient multi-stage size reduction with consistent output.
Material is processed through an advanced double cyclone system and dust collector, ensuring effective particle separation and minimal environmental impact. The integrated dust collection hood, supported by the upper frame, operates under vacuum pressure to maintain a clean and controlled working environment.
Built within a double-stacked 40 ft container frame, the module offers a robust, transportable, and space-efficient solution. Its plug-and-play design allows for rapid installation without the need for complex foundations, significantly reducing setup time and costs.
