Electrowinning: Recovery

The Cyclone Electrowinning System is a high-efficiency metal recovery solution that combines centrifugal cyclone flow with advanced electrowinning technology. By forcing electrolyte through a controlled vortex, the system dramatically improves mass transfer, ion contact, and current efficiency, enabling faster metal deposition, higher recovery rates, and lower energy consumption than conventional electrowinning cells.

  • Input: Metal ions dissolved in an electrolyte solution.
  • Purpose: Initial recovery of pure metals from ore leachates or pregnant solutions.
  • Output: High-purity metal deposits (cathodes) directly from solution.
