Containerized Ceramic Ball Mill Module
The containerized ceramic ball mill module is designed for continuous fine grinding of mineral feed in wet processing circuits. Featuring a 2100 mm diameter and 7000 mm mill length, this system is engineered to process approximately 5 to 20 tons per hour, depending on ore characteristics and target grind size.
The wet grinding system is designed to produce material up to 200 mesh, making it suitable for downstream leaching or flotation processes. Its ceramic-lined construction helps reduce iron contamination and improves suitability for sensitive mineral applications.
Mounted inside a container-frame module, the unit offers compact installation, easy transport, and rapid site deployment. The modular design reduces civil work requirements and supports plug-and-play integration into existing or new mineral processing plants.
