Gravity and Flotation Concentration Module
This compact concentration module is designed to process up to 2 tons per hour, combining 4 layers of shaking tables, a 4-cell flotation unit, and a filter press in one integrated system. It provides an efficient solution for recovering valuable minerals through both gravity separation and flotation, followed by dewatering of the final concentrate.
The multi-layer shaking table section improves recovery of coarse and fine heavy minerals, while the 4-cell flotation system enhances separation of sulfides and other floatable minerals. The integrated filter press removes excess moisture from the concentrate, producing a cleaner and more manageable final product.
Built in a modular frame for easy transport and installation, this system is ideal for pilot plants, small-scale mining operations, and modular processing facilities.
