Containerized Filter Press Module
The containerized filter press module is a compact, double-stack dewatering system designed for efficient solid-liquid separation in mineral processing and industrial plants. Built inside a 40 ft container frame, the system integrates the filter press in the upper section and the cake discharge conveyor in the lower section, creating a space-saving and transportable modular solution.
The top container frame houses the main filter press unit, with an overall press length of 11,500 mm and height of 1,800 mm. The bottom frame contains the 11,500 mm cake discharge conveyor, with a frame height of 1,200 mm, allowing continuous and clean handling of discharged filter cake. The total assembled height is approximately 3,000 mm, with an overall width of 2,438 mm.
Designed as a plug-and-play module, the unit is pre-installed for fast transport, rapid installation, and reduced site construction work. It is suitable for concentrate dewatering, tailings filtration, slurry processing, and other applications requiring compact, reliable filtration equipment.
